Well... the commercial mixer and I had our first official baking session today. 😂
I spent years working with my trusty little mixer at home, so naturally I thought, "How different can this giant mixer be?"
Turns out... VERY different. 🤣
One wrong move and I managed to create a flour explosion that covered the mixer, the table, the floor, and pretty much everything within a 10-foot radius. 🌨️
On the bright side, the dough turned out great.
On the less bright side, I may have looked like a powdered sugar donut by the end of it. 🍩😂
Licensed kitchen update: learning is happening. Progress is being made. And apparently so are flour snowstorms.
Please tell me I'm not the only one who's ever done this! 👇🤣
