Hardin County Bridges Council The BRIDGES Council coordinates juvenile delinquency prevention efforts in Hardin County, KY. Bridging the Resource Gap+connecting kids in Hardin County

The Hardin County Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Council, Building Responsible Individuals Demands, guidance, Encouragement and Support (BRIDGES) was developed in the late 1990’s to develop, guide and support initiatives for at risk youth. During this time the council facilitated programs such as the Truancy Diversion Program and the Work Restitution Initiative. Further, this council has been the

driving force behind assessing racial and ethnic disparities in Hardin County. The Council is currently continue to address disparity issues as well as facilitate a school pathways to justice initiative.

New Event this Friday!!!

The Radcliff Forestry Board is hosting a Bike Rodeo behind Colvin Community Center from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. this Friday! Bring your kids and their bikes out for a fun activity focused on bike safety! Own bike recommended, but some bikes are provided.

More scholarship opportunities!

The Rineyville Optimist Club established the Bobby Bow Memorial Scholarship Spring 2021 to support ECTC students pursuing careers in skilled or technical trades. Bobby was a plumbing instructor at ECTC and an active member of the Rineyville Optimist Club. Bobby passed away in January 2021 but was always proud of his students’ accomplishments. The Rineyville Optimist Club is grateful to continue making an impact at ECTC in his memory.
