Fort Bliss Army Community Service (ACS), Relocation Readiness Program offers a comprehensive support system to help you and your Family make Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves as smoothly as possible. We minimize the stress of relocation by offering resources to simplify the moving process throughout your military career. The Military and Family Life Counseling Program supports service member

Military and family life counselors are highly-qualified professionals trained to understand the unique challenges you encounter and deliver face-to-face counseling services, as well as briefings and presentations to the military community both on and off the installation. AER is Closed from 1400-1630, Thursday June 18 and all day Friday June 19 and will reopen on Monday June 22 at 0730.

How to Apply for Assistance
AER now provides an online application system, making it easier to check eligibility and request financial help.

To apply during the AER office closure, on weekends, or holidays:
1. Visit: www.armyemergencyrelief.org
2. Click "Apply for Assistance" in the upper right corner of the homepage.
3. On the next page, click "Apply for Assistance" again to begin your application.

This process will guide users through eligibility checks, account creation, and request submission.

For help with “time sensitive” Emergency Travel requests (meaning you are requesting to travel within the next 12 hours), or assistance using the portal during the office closure, weekends, or holidays, email: [email protected].
