This special issue examines constitutional law, privacy, civic education, the Declaration of Independence, and the enduring role of the rule of law, while also honoring the life and legacy of Professor Mark Killenbeck.

The cover features the historic Aaron v. Cooper bench from the Supreme Court of the United States exhibit “Integration Must Proceed Forthwith,” highlighted in Judge D.P. Marshall Jr.'s article on the Era-Faithful Courtroom and Civic Learning Center.
