The County of Delaware, Services for the Aging (COSA) is the designated Area Agency on Aging for Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Founded as part of the County government, COSA has dual accountability to both the County and the Pennsylvania
Department of Aging (PDA). COSA plans, coordinates and advocates on behalf of seniors, especially for those who are in the greatest economic and social need. NO
