Congratulations…! Well deserved…🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
On behalf of the entire East Peoria community, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Charlie Morgan and Denny Tucker for their combined 48 years of dedicated service as members of the East Peoria Fire and Police Commission Board. The board is responsible for testing, appointing, and promoting the sworn personnel of the Fire and Police departments, except for the Fire and Police Chiefs, the Fire Deputy Chief and Police Deputy Chiefs. The board also conducts disciplinary hearings. Charlie and Denny played integral roles in keeping both departments fully staffed during challenging times for both professions.
While these fine gentlemen may have decided to hang it up after serving 23 and 25 years respectively on the Fire and Police Commission Board, they both will continue to serve our community well for years to come. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!
