Our Winter Wonderland Toy Drive is TOMORROW @ 7pm in A216 Wells Hall!

We hope you can bring a small toy, crayola art supplies, coloring books or card games to donate to the children at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital this holiday season!

We will be providing some snacks and drinks and also have card making supplies! Please bring along some friends so we can ring in this holiday season by spreading cheer!

We stand in solidarity with the protesters, activists, and public officials who are seeking justice and fighting to eradicate systemic racism and police brutality from our nation’s culture and institutions. UNA-MSU has been and will continue to be a meeting place for all peoples, and we reaffirm our commitment to creating an environment in which students from all backgrounds feel safe and welcome. All lives will not matter until Black Lives Matter. For George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and so many others, now more than ever is the time to stand up, take action, and demand change.

Hello everyone, we hope you are all safe and in good health. We also hope your classes are going well, as we have transitioned to online. To all our current members, you all should have received an email regarding the future of una-msu. In that email you will find that our elections will now be held during Fall 2020. We welcome and encourage you all to come, whether you are running or not. We are truly excited to have you guys back, and progress the initiatives of una.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach us through social media or our email. We are here to support you, and encourage you all to support one another. This time calls for solidarity. Make sure to take care of yourselves, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Turn off the news, take a break from social media. Read, mediate, work out. Ask yourself what would work best for you to cope during these times. Everything will work out! Thanks for being great members!

Happy International Women’s day!! This year the UN is celebrating through the campaign of, I Am Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s rights.

“The Generation Equality campaign is bringing together people of every gender, age, ethnicity, race, religion and country, to drive actions that will create the gender-equal world we all deserve.”

The campaign calls for mobilization against gender-based violence; economic justice and rights for all; bodily autonomy, sexual and reproductive health and rights; and feminist action for climate justice; technology and innovation for gender equality; and feminist leadership.
