Wendell is not the only one being imprisoned even though he has completed his sentence... Hoping Cal Fire will get involved, since they are the ones benefiting from this program (and Californians) ,and could be responsible when this thing gets more press. C'mon CDCR, get this fixed NOW, people's time is priceless, and inmates are people too!

"Laws" for us citizens, but different rules for citizens who have Government jobs.... Okay for the interim Chief of Police to have no front license plate AND out of state plate (she's from AZ)?
