The Vilas County Public Health Department is saddened to announce that Growing Together classes will be discontinued. We would like to thank the Olson Memorial Library for their help making these classes possible. We appreciate the support from all attendees, and we would like to thank you all for joining us over the past years!

Animals and other wildlife may seem cute and cuddly, but the rabies virus can infect wildlife, especially bats, raccoons, skunks, and foxes.

Rabies can be spread to people and household pets when they are bitten or scratched by another infected animal.
