69.10 SNOW BAN
The following parking regulations shall be in effect during winter in order to allow the initiation and completion of ice and snow removal operations.
1. No person shall park, abandon, or leave unattended any vehicle on any street, alley, or avenue of the City between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., so long as the City has an average snow cover of at least one inch in depth on the ground. This regulation does not apply to streets and avenues where parking has otherwise been limited and so posted.

We’re proud to recognize Officers Aschenbrenner and Richison for their outstanding performances at a recent weightlifting competition.

Officer Richison took 1st place in her weight class at the Midwest Monsters meet, putting up incredible numbers: a 407.85 lb squat, 203.93 lb bench press, and 424.39 lb deadlift — for an impressive 1,036.17 lb total.

Officer Aschenbrenner delivered a record-breaking performance, setting a new push-pull world record in his weight class with a 567.7 lb bench press and a 901.7 lb deadlift, totaling an incredible 1,469.4 lbs.

We are extremely proud of their dedication, discipline, and hard work and we look forward to seeing what they accomplish next!

Congratulations on Your Retirement, Chief Ray Beltran!

After 32 years of dedicated service, Chief Ray Beltran is officially retiring from the Eagle Grove Police Department.

Chief Beltran has been a steadfast leader, mentor, and protector of our community. From his early days on patrol to his years leading the department, his commitment to public safety, integrity, and compassion has left a lasting mark on Eagle Grove.

Throughout his career, Chief Beltran exemplified what it means to serve with honor — always putting others first, building trust with our citizens, and inspiring those around him to strive for excellence. His leadership has shaped generations of officers and helped make Eagle Grove a safer, stronger community.

As he hangs up his badge, we thank Chief Beltran for his 32 years of outstanding service and wish him all the best in this next chapter of life. May your retirement be filled with good health, happiness, and plenty of time to enjoy the people and things you love most.

🎉 Honoring 25 Years of Service – Reserve Officer Travis Connor 🎉

The Eagle Grove Police Department is proud to recognize Officer Travis Connor for reaching an incredible milestone — 25 years of service in law enforcement.

Although not all of his time has been with the Eagle Grove PD, Officer Connor has dedicated 25 years to serving his community with professionalism, integrity, and pride.

In recognition of his outstanding dedication and commitment, Chief Ray Beltran presented Officer Connor with a plaque honoring his 25 years of service.

Please join us in congratulating and thanking Officer Travis Connor for his continued service and contribution to the safety and well-being of the Eagle Grove community!
