The Senior Program Manager is responsible for working with the Executive Director and Assistant Director. Core tasks will include in-depth research of the local labor market, industry trends and employer hiring needs. The Senior Program Manager will assist in developing and sustaining partnerships core partner agencies to meet the needs of business and job seekers and leading sector-based initiatives aligned with labor market data. Grant writing support and grant-funded program oversight including required reporting.

Salary: $76,405.02 (min) to $89,681.51 (max) annual

Exciting news in workforce development!

MassHire Greater Lowell Workforce Board has announced the acquisition of two grants dedicated to bolstering workforce development in the Healthcare and Behavioral Healthcare sectors totaling $4.6 million!

In collaboration with MassHire Merrimack Valley Workforce Board and North Shore Workforce Board, the grants mark the beginning of a transformative 3-year implementation project for our region.

MassHire Greater Lowell Recently Announced their GET A $2 RYDE Transportation Pilot Program!

In a groundbreaking move to support local businesses and their employees, MassHire Greater Lowell Workforce Board announces the launch of GET A $2 RYDE.
