What a whirlwind of a weekend! 💙

I’m still taking it all in. I was incredibly honored to receive the Rising Star Award, surrounded by so many people working every day to make a difference in our communities. One of the highlights of the evening was also having the opportunity to meet Congressman Ro Khanna. I’m deeply grateful for the recognition and for everyone who has been part of this journey with me.

Then it was back home to Las Cruces for an incredible rally with Pete Buttigieg, Deb Haaland, and Congressman Gabe Vasquez. There is nothing quite like seeing so many New Mexicans come together, energized and ready to get to work.

From receiving the Rising Star Award, to meeting leaders from across the country, to ending the whirlwind back home in Las Cruces with friends and fellow public servants, my heart is full.

Now, back on the road visiting communities across the state.

📣I am incredibly honored to receive the endorsement of the Mescalero Apache Tribe.

Throughout my career, I have worked to strengthen our election infrastructure, build coalitions, and protect access to the ballot. I am especially grateful that the Tribal Council recognized my opposition to the SAVE Act and the barriers it would create for rural and low-income voters.

Thank you to President Duane T. Duffy and the Mescalero Apache Tribal Council for your trust and support. I will continue working to ensure New Mexico’s elections are safe, secure, accessible, and fair for every voter.

I am incredibly proud to have earned the endorsement of the New Mexico Building and Construction Trades Council! New Mexico Building Trades

The hardworking men and women of our trades help build New Mexico. Their work strengthens our communities, from the schools where our children learn to the infrastructure we rely on every day. Our unions also create opportunities for New Mexicans to pursue good-paying careers through apprenticeships, hands-on training, and skilled trades.

I believe working people deserve leaders who respect the dignity of their work, support the right to organize, and understand that strong unions help build strong families and strong communities.
