United Mothers of Loss Foundation We're for women whom have suffered a loss of any kind. We wanted to create a safe haven just for you.

Organizing and conducting support groups in the field of grief management of pregnancy loss, bereavement, and motherhood via an online social network. United Mothers of Loss is a support group for mothers who have experienced the loss of a child. The orginization provides a safe space for mothers to share their grief, find support, and connect with others who have experienced a similar loss. United Mothers of Loss aims to break the silence and stigma surrounding child loss, and to empower mothers to find strength and healing in their journey. If you're a mother who has experienced the loss of a child, or if you know someone who has, United Mothers of Loss offers online support groups, and other resources to help you to navigate the grieving process. Remember, you are not alone in your grief, and there is support available to you.

No matter how early the loss happened, that baby was loved, wanted, and already a part of your heart. The world may move on, but a mother never simply “gets over” losing her baby.

Grief can make you question your body, your identity, your motherhood, and even where you belong in a world that keeps moving while your heart feels frozen.

You may feel broken.
You may feel lost.
You may wonder who you are now.

But please remember: your baby’s loss did not make you less of a mother. Your motherhood is real because your love is real. 🤍

You don’t have to have it all together. You don’t have to grieve quietly. And you never have to walk through this alone.

Sometimes grief looks like jealousy. 💔

Not because we aren’t happy for other mothers… but because they get to hold the baby we would give anything to hold.

We see babies being cuddled, loved, growing and coming home — while our arms remember the weight they never got to keep.

And that feeling can bring guilt. But please hear this:

You can be happy for someone else and still ache for what you lost.
You can love their joy while grieving your own heartbreak.

There is no shame in wishing you could hold your baby too. 🦋🤍

But sometimes, the greatest love stories are the ones that end far too soon. Our precious babies grew their wings before we could hold them in our arms, but never before they had already captured our hearts. 🕊️💜
