Detroit City Code Sec. 29-3-11: It is unlawful for a minor to be on a public street, sidewalk, playground, vacant lot, or other public place:
For minors aged 15 years and under: 10 p.m. through 6
a.m.
For minors ages 16 and 17: from 11 p.m. through 6 a.m.

This weekend, the Detroit Jazz Festival will return to downtown Detroit. Community members can ride the Detroit QLINE for free to get to and from the festival. The QLINE streetcars operate Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to midnight and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
