📢 Utah social workers & fellow behavioral health providers — this one's for you.

Today (5/8) at 11am MT, DOPL is holding a public hearing on proposed updates to the Mental Health Professional Practice Act Rules — the rules that govern MH licensure in Utah.

These rule changes have the potential to directly affect how you practice, what licensure looks like going forward, and the broader landscape for behavioral health professionals in the state. Staying informed is part of staying engaged — and NASW Utah encourages you to tune in.
