Yesterday I voted to have the direction and configuration of the CRA become an agenda item on the next City Commission Agenda.
However, I am being made aware that many of you did not understand that action. Many are telling me that I have stated (with my vote) that the Community commitment I have strongly stated previously is now being abandoned! That this was a statement of "none support of our two Volunteer Commissioners"
NOTHING is further from the truth.
This is an opportunity for the CRA to tell of its accomplishments.

Join us on June 1st to listen and hear what YOUR CRA has been doing with your TIF dollars.

Dear Fellow Citizens,
Today begins the second week for many who are trying to self isolate, practice social distancing, and just staying safe and healthy.
I pray you are also going outside for a change of pace and just to marvel at the sunrise or sunset. Our lives have been turned upside down but we must not be made into an uncivil society.
Interesting how this Country will react to this crisis and what we will become on the other side.
I pray that each of you reading this be here to answer that question.
I look forward to having that discussion!
In the meantime, continue to be kind to each other, to help each other and as always remember we are the greatest nation on the planet because we are the largest collection of everyone on the planet.
Stay health and alive is my desire for each of you.
NOTE: Wonder what our Space Observers are thinking of how we are reacting and of how they are not here for their families.
