We would like to thank the 6th annual Monticello lights for the $6,253 donation to the Delmont K-9 unit. This event is a true testament for how great the community is in coming together each year, to help out a variety of organizations throughout Delmont and Project Bundle Up! We seriously could not be more thankful!

We are heartbroken to share the passing of K-9 Zargo.

Just days ago, Zargo completed a full evening of training—building search, apprehension, article search, and narcotics detection—with his usual dedication and strength.

After showing signs of illness, he was taken to the vet, where a large, inoperable tumor was discovered. Despite his condition, Zargo gave his all until the very end.

He was a beloved member of our community and a loyal partner. We are forever grateful for his service and spirit.

Please keep Sgt. Bauer and our department in your thoughts.
