Over the past decade, the IMA has provided more than $250,000 to help cover tuition and fees for students pursuing manufacturing careers—thanks to a variety of programs and scholarship opportunities made possible by our incredible partners committed to building the next generation of a diverse manufacturing workforce. Applications opened earlier this month for several of our scholarship programs, supporting Illinois community college students pursuing the skilled trades, immigrant women forging their path in manufacturing, and young women pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, math and business.

If you or your business have a decent, working laptop that’s just sitting around gathering dust, we would love to take it off your hands and put it to work broadcasting the Annies all season long. We aren't looking for top-of-the-line gaming rigs, just something reliable enough to help upgrade our matchday stream for the fans cheering from home.

The final Give DeKalb County 2026 Grand Total is here! ✨🎆🙌

Together, donors gave $2,881,483 to support nonprofit organizations across DeKalb County. That number represents generosity, trust, teamwork, and a whole lot of community spirit.

Neurodiverse by Design, LLC, founded by Dr. Laura DeThorne in August 2024, works with schools/universities, businesses, and other organizations to support neurodiversity in every day settings. Key services include individualized mentoring/coaching, presentations/workshops, follow-up implementation sessions, and review/drafting of related documents (e.g., policies, curriculum, grants, and research).
