🚨UPDATE: RESOLVED🙏🏽
Thank you to all who shared, we had some awesome individuals who showed up and out for us and we were able to get a new unit donated and installed today. Please continue to keep our shelters, and the women and children we serve in your prayers as temperatures rise!

The window A/C unit at our emergency shelter has stopped working, and we’d like to get it up and running as soon as possible to keep the guest in our care comfortable.

Do we have any friends or supporters who are handy at diagnosing or repairing window units? If so, please send us a message or comment below.

God’s Shelter of Love provides more than shelter from the elements. We provide a safe place for women and children to rebuild their lives, connect with community resources, and to be reminded that they are worthy and loved.

This year, we have seen an increase in attendees at our emergency overnight shelter. Last month, we provided 412 safe beds, and are on track to far surpass that this month.

The need is real, and the each “number” is a woman or child that I’ve had the privilege to get to know and walk alongside.

Today, my daughter and I attended Discover Church. Pastor Noah said something that stuck with me.

"In this world, there is seldom a love that rivals a mother's...except by that of Jesus. Jesus' love is the ultimate love. Jesus is the Loving Father."

We are so thankful to the Mother's who are part of this Ministry. Those who join us in service and those we are blessed to serve.
