Get your costumes ready and mark your calendars for a hauntingly good time! Join us for our annual Noogiefest—a completely FREE, family-friendly Halloween celebration open to the entire community.

Bring the whole family for an afternoon of fun featuring indoor trick-or-treating, themed rooms, delicious snacks, raffles, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment!

Many survivors notice shifts with close friends and family after a diagnosis. Finding the right words to explain how you feel isn't easy, and expecting people who haven't been there to completely understand isn't always realistic. Redefining these important connections takes time.

Life moves fast. Between school, social media, friends and family, it’s easy to feel scattered. Mindfulness is simply the practice of coming back to the present so you can choose where your time and energy go.

Iowa and Illinois legislators, elected officials, & candidates have been invited to tour our space to learn more about the no-cost support we provide to anyone impacted by cancer.

You are invited to join us:
😀Meet your Public Leaders face-to-face in a relaxed, welcoming setting
💬Share your story and help them understand the real impact of cancer on individuals, families, and communities
⚖️Hear what Public Leaders are doing to support health, wellness, and cancer care in our state

🚨🚨 URGENT: WE NEED OUR RESCUE CREW! 🚨🚨

Calling all boat owners, lake lovers, and anyone who thinks spending a Saturday on the water sounds like a pretty great way to volunteer! 🛶☀️

For our Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday, September 19, we desperately need:

🛶 2 boats that can each hold 6–8 people
OR
🛶 1 boat that can hold 12–16 people

Your mission? Be our RESCUE BOAT! 🚨

You’ll be on beautiful West Lake from approximately 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, enjoying a relaxing day on the water while keeping a watchful eye on the dragon boat races. In the very unlikely event that a racing boat decides to take an unexpected swim, you’ll be ready to lend a hand and get everyone safely back to shore. 😉

It’s basically the “I get to hang out on a boat AND help people” volunteer opportunity. And the best part? You’ll be helping support people with cancer and their families who rely on our free programs and services. ❤️

⏰ We need to find these boats ASAP!
