You can see that the police report called it a purse sn**ch, to physical injury. By the officer and Detective on the scene.

The grand jury, attempting to get an indictment, specifically says he struck her with his hands.
a Fabrication, unsupported by police report.

And its only the beginning of the Dallas DA office and sitting Activist Judge Amber Davis of the Dallas 282 district court,
criminal like activity, RICO like coordinated activity by this judicial organization.

This is the police report on my sons injurious activity. Was cold, and alone, wanted to get to where parents were, denied access to bus, he wanted bus money.
regardless, I told him I would hunt a thug down and hurt him if it was done to his mother or sister.
But it does not grant officials to lie to gain an indictment.
which is what Dallas County DA, Faith Johnson, assist DA did.

For you who care about this Society, who may have Sons, Daughters, Husbands, Wifes, Moms or Dads, Aunts or Uncles, Cousins or Friends, Neighbors or Co-Workers, who have been Prosecuted and Incarcerated by this Courthouse in Dallas, Texas, Industrial Boulevard, watch closely the methodology and strategic procedures used against this Defendant, to Break his will, to coerce and intimidate him, to force him to bend to and fulfil their will, to accept their concocted narrative on what got him there.
You Watch, because they are targeting someone near you....tonight.

Motion to reduce bond, Denied, denied, denied.
Did not affect this Judge, that within the motion, it explained the Law described that the circumstance, they were holding Michael Hanson in, dictated a reduced bond, or release on a personal recognizance Bond. The precedence in the Law, would not Stop her court from prosecuting this defendant.
Normally, this type motion would be requested, and the Prosecutor for the case, would argue one way or the other.
Not in this Judges court, she handled the prosecution herself.
After that denial, the Public defender quit the case.
And the Dallas County Public Defender's office filed a notice with the 282 district court, that they would no longer work with indigent people in that Court.
So, the Judge appoints a new Lawyer, rather than face the issue that caused the Public Defender's Office from refusing to work with her on cases assigned to her court.
This very action, on this particular case, by the Dallas County Public Defenders Office as a whole, most likely is the very reason that scores and scores of Defense Attorneys have moved to remove their clients from her court.
