Love Thy Neighbor, Inc. - Texas

A North Texas non-profit, committed to providing nutrition and clothing to those in need. Love Thy Neighbor is a North Texas non-profit, with no paid staff.

Virtually all donations go to support our programs. We have been fortunate enough to receive a few grants to assist us in delivering our programs, but we rely on our donors. Over 95% of donations go directly to assisting those in need, the remainder is for insurance, office supplies, and fundraising. Working with our partner organizations, we provide:
- food and clothing to families in need in the

Lewisville area
- blankets and clothing to babies born into health or economic crisis in the DFW area
- pet beds for various animal shelters and rescue groups

Love Thy Neighbor served the homeless and the working poor through the Lewisville Salvation Army location from November 2010 through December 2021. We have now partnered with Heart of the City and New Beginnings Church in Lewisville to help those in need at various locations in North Dallas. Our Love Thy Baby program provides clothing to babies born into financial and/or physical need in the DFW area.

We are incredibly grateful to the City of Highland Village, Texas Government for awarding Love Thy Neighbor’s Clothing Assistance Program a $3,484 grant towards the CAP's 2026 budget!

This generous support will go a long way in helping us provide essential items—such as socks, shoes, underwear, and clothing—to individuals and families in need throughout our community.

🧦💛 A huge thank you to Lamb of God Lutheran Church for their incredible generosity!

Through their efforts, 750 pairs of socks and underwear were collected to support our Clothing Assistance Program (CAP). These essential items make a meaningful difference for the individuals and families we serve every day.

Thank you to Ms. Stagemeyer’s and her students from her Intro to Fashion Design classes at Flower Mound High School for sewing and donating adorable stuffed bears to Love Thy Neighbor’s Clothing Assistance Program! 🧸 Each student poured their creativity and care into making a bear, and thanks to their hard work, every child who visits the program will receive a special handmade toy to take home.

• 41,618 baby items distributed
• 16,334 families with babies served

🐾 Love Thy Pet
• 800 dog and cat beds provided to shelters in the area
