The City of Frisco is launching a pilot transportation service dedicated to moving people around the historic downtown Rail District. The vehicles are dubbed The Rail District ‘Boxcar’, a nod to downtown’s railroad history. The FREE service is operating now.

Two vans will circulate around downtown. One ‘Boxcar’ seats six, the other seats as many as 12. Currently, there are 13 stops, stretching from World Cup Way to the west and to North County to the east. In between, the ‘Boxcars’ will travel along Main and Elm Streets -- even passing through Frisco Square, where it will stop at City Hall.

Hours of Operation
Friday: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
