Family Promise of Forsyth County, Inc Our Mission: Empowering families experiencing homelessness to achieve sustainable independence, Family Promise of Forsyth County, Inc.

provides short-term housing and goal-oriented programs. We recognize that poverty is a multifaceted problem that requires a multifaceted response. We respond by integrating educational outreach, smart programming, effective policies, and the hands-on work of thousands of volunteers. We provide food, shelter, and support services for homeless families. We provide advice and advocacy for at-risk families to prevent their becoming homeless. We are just over a week away from Gala time which means that our Silent Auction opens this Saturday, September 12th, so do not forget to stop by our Open House to get a sneak peak of all the baskets! 👀

Starting Monday, September 14th through Thursday, September 17th you can stop by the Family Promise Bridge Center during the times listed above, and get an In-Person sneak peak at all of this years auction items!

It’s almost Gala time which means that we are just over a week away from the opening of our Silent Auction, and this year by popular demand we are bringing back our Silent Auction Preview!

We are so excited to welcome Autumn to the team at Family Promise as our Residential Services & Facilitied Coordinator!

She may be a familiar face to many of you as she is one of our very own graduates who has stayed very involved over the years from chairing our Lived Experience and Advisory Forum (LEAF) to helping out around the office, she has been a integral part of Family Promise of Forsyth County and we are so excited to welcome her to the team full time!

As a side note, our ED, Tina, says you must try the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich!! She does leave off the jalepenos...because she is a wimp....but she says it is "utter"ly delicious!!!

On Tuesday we had the amazing opportunity to attend the Forsyth County Community Foundation Grant Reception where we had the honor to receive a $5,000 grant to support our efforts in staffing our Everyday Essentials Pantry with our very own Graduates!

We could not be more grateful to FCCF for the support of this amazing program!

Today is the day!!!
As a side note, our ED, Tina, says you must try the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich!!! She leaves off the jalepenos...because she is a wimp...but says it is "utter"ly delicious!!!
