Ernesto Cesar Torres, age 75, a Pediatrician, from Frederick, MD was sentenced 30 years in prison, for s3xual crimes that he committed on numerous of his underage patients. Dr. Torres faced over 97 criminal charges for s*xually abuses dozens of his juvenile victims, spanning over 4 decades with even more victims still being identified

We do have some details involving 2 separate accusations of his crimes

On May 7th, 2019 Frederick Police received a call from the mother of an 11 yr old girl, to report that her child had been s3xually abused by Dr. Torres, during a pediatric exam inside of his office. The mother stated that she brought her child to Dr. Torres to treat a mild skin condition, but her child told her that Dr. Torres made her feel uncomfortable by placing his hand down her pants and touching her “down there.” In addition, the child described, Torres was rubbing her stomach repeatedly and was kissing her.

CPS and Child Advocacy Center were notified and a forensic interview was conducted with the victim, where she revealed, Dr. Torres slid his hand down her pants and rubbed her vaginal area with his palm and fingers. Torres was later on arrested at his medical practice.

The mother stated that she took her children to Dr. Torres for 15 years regularly.

Torres reportedly made a statement on the incident, gave the excuse, that he was in possession of a demon, and that the supernatural forces from the demon and a evil black witch were to blame and they have been stalking him because he was a prophet in a past life and he showed no remorse. Torres also made statements that there were demonic entities making these young girls tell lies about him. Torres called all of his accusers Unwitting Pawns who have been possessed by truly maleviolent entities

There was actually an earlier report in April of 2019, involving another female victim, lifelong patient that was in Dr. Torres’s office to see him for her anxiety. She stated that Dr. Torres placed his hand inside her leggings and rubbed her vaginal area for several minutes, while asking her questions about her anxiety and she began crying then later disclosed the incident to her mom and dad.

Earlier this month, Torres was sentenced to 30 years for his crimes. However this conviction only represents a fraction of the allegations still pending against him.

Many more victims of, Dr. Torres have also later been indentified since his arrest and this is becoming a rapidly expanding case.

Torres’s psychiatrist argued thats he is incompetent to stand trial due to a delusional disorder and belief in an evil black witch.

Disturbingly most of these reports of Torres’s abuse occurred while someone else was apparently in the room with Torres and the victim.

One of the many other girls mothers actually made a statement that she dismissed her daughter’s first attempt to tell her what was happening during the Torres exams and that she seen him as a caring doctor.

Your kids aren’t even safe at the doctor’s office. It sad but there is a lot of sickness in this world, all around us, don’t trust anyone, and keep your kids safe.

James (Bruno) age 61, from Westernport, MD reached out online and talked very inappropriately with what he believed was a 13 yr old girl online. James offered to buy n**e photos of the girl with gift cards and Apple Cards, went in to detail of the explicit things he wanted to do to her, as well as sent a real explicit CP image of a real child to the what he believed was 13 yr old girl, as well as later sending a p***s pic of himself and inviting the girl to his apartment. James also stated in the chats that he watched underage p**n online on multiple occasions.

Scott, age 61, from Columbus, OH, area reached out to our decoy from the MD/WV area, on an online chat room. The decoy told him early in the chats that she was only 13 years old but was turning 14 soon. Scott replied, Happy Birthday. The converstion transitioned over to Facebook after that. The decoy reminded Scott of her age on Facebook.

The decoy stated she’d be visiting family in Aberdeen, OH, soon, to which Scott replied stating that was only 2 hours from him and asked the girl, that he beileved was 13 yrs old if she needed some company. He said he had to do some minor repairs on his car then could be there to meet the girl.

Scott started stating that he’d like to hold hands with the girl, go for a walk, give her a long back rub, caress her sides and telling the girl she could be dressed in as little clothes as she wants. He then started stating she had beautiful b***s and would remove her shirt and bra, He then continued to escalate the conversation with even more s3xually explicit chats, stating he wanted her to rub his ge***al area and wanted to do oral on her and have her do the same to him. He used much more graphic words to explain these things in great detail though.

This explicit chat, continued on. Scott proceeded to start asking for photos multiple times and also provided his phone number to the girl.

We had plans to travel out there and see if Scott would come meet this girl at her hotel so we could interview him, but then things happened and we had to switch some things up unfortunately.

Fortunately though we reached out to Big Country's Predator Exposure about what Scott was up to and they agreed they’d go interview him. They went to his location on October 13th and proceeded to interview Scott. Scott stated during this interview that he talked to many underage girls online and actually turned him self in once to the police. Scott admitted to all the chats he had with the decoy. Scott stated he actually attends S3xaholics Anonymous classes and talks with a social worker about his issues. Scott admitted he received s3xually explicit photos from other underage girls in the past.

Columbus City police were notified, and evidence was turned in.

301 pred hunters decoyed Scott 61 of Columbus Ohio.

Matthew Lynn White, age 53, from Morgantown, WV was arrested recently for s3xually abusing is own daughter when she was only 9 yrs old back in 2004. Matt was 33 yrs old at the time.

Matthew is being charged with:
2 counts of S3xual Abuse by a Parent/Gaurdian/Custodian
S3xual Assault - 1st degree - Inflict serious bodily injury
S3xual Abuse - 1st degree - Victim younger than 12 yrs old.

The investigation began recently due to accusations of a juvenile on juvenile s3xual assault that occurred, which was allegedly witnessed by Matthew White. During the investigation of the CPS referral, of Matt watching a minor on minor s3xual assault, it was disclosed to law enforcement that White “allegedly s3xually assaulted and abused” his daughter when she was only 9 yrs old, court documents say. The trooper then opened up another investigation into these allegations.

White was arraigned at the Monongalia County Magistrate Court and was given a $90,000 cash or surety bond. He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.

Also, it’s worth mentioning to give you more insight into who this Matthew guy is.

Back in 2016 Matthew was arrested for the charges of:
Burning Dwelling or Outbuilding; 1st degree Arson.
Unlawful Injury to or Destruction of Property

After Star City, WV Police responded to a home on North Main Street. When police arrived on the scene, they observed 3 women screaming in the street, that Matthew White, had set the house on fire.

Matthew was observed in a vehicle approximately 20 feet from the house, saying, “Let it burn,” according to police.
He then told officers that nothing was going on and that they should leave, police said.

Once the fire was extinguished, officers asked the 3 women what happened, and White’s wife said she received a call from him saying that she needed to come get her dog or that he was going to burn it alive. His wife and her daughters arrived, got the dog, and then White lit a rag and threw it into the house, where he had previously poured gasoline, police said.

White later admitted to police that he set the house on fire. He was arrested and charged with first degree arson.

Hopefully the courts and prosecutor take these crimes serious and make an example out of Matthew here. We will see.

This was over 20 yrs ago, but just imagine the potential other victims that could have crossed paths with Matthew in that time period and just haven’t spoke out. Reminder it’s never too late to speak out, no matter how long ago it was. We know it may not be easy for you to do, but It may actually save current and future victims with you deciding to do so.

Samuel C. Friday, age 67, Morris W. Reese, age 64 and Michael S. Woomer, age 67, all from the Tyrone, PA area, are being charged for s3xually abusing children.

This all started after Samuel Friday was arrested with reports that he filmed and photographed himself s3xually abusing multiple children.

State police received multiple Childline referrals alleging that Friday “paid juveniles to perform various s3xual acts with him” and recorded the abuse. After conducting an interview at the Children’s Advocacy Center on Monday, troopers executed a search warrant on Samuel Friday’s residence. It was reported that when police arrived to Friday’s home, he pulled a gun on police, and had to be physically taken down and arrested.

The search uncovered “numerous” photos and videos of known children posing and performing s3xual acts on Friday, police wrote. Those included Friday engaged in s3xual in*******se with a juvenile female, as well as him “communicating with two juveniles while recording them in partial and full states of nudity,” according to the affidavit. One file alone contained more than 200 photos and videos, depicting child s3xual abuse, police wrote.

There is reason to believe that Mr. Friday had been bringing underage teenagers to his basement to engage in s3xual conduct as early as the 1990s, according to reports

During an interview with police, Friday admitted to taking n**e photographs of a juvenile stepping out of the shower and that he had “some s3xual involvement” with the same girl, according to the affidavit. He “indicated that the juvenile female requested s3xual acts from him possibly in exchange for money,” police wrote.
Friday was arraigned and denied bail, citing the pending charges and victims fearing retaliation. He is jailed at the Centre County Correctional Facility.

Troopers say the primary suspect in the case, 67-year-old Samuel Friday, is accused of repeatedly paying, or attempting to pay, underage victims to perform s3xual acts and poses at his residence along Buffalo Drive in Tyrone, PA

According to the search warrant, investigators learned that Friday would often use s3x toys and a whip on the victims. There were reports that Samuel Friday would sometimes invite his victims to his basement and provided provocative outfits to them before the s3xual abuse took place.

Police say, according to one victim, the child's mother allegedly "gave her" to Friday to partake in the alleged s*x acts. (Wow. Hopefully the mother is being charged too)
Investigators say said victim has also since given birth and was reportedly offered $48,000 to "sell her baby" to Friday.

A trooper also found evidence of two other men performing s3xual acts on a juvenile, according to the affidavit.
Upon further investigation, police learned that the alleged abuse also involved 64-year-old Morris Reese and 66-year-old Michael Woomer.

Police say Friday is alleged to have "coached" Reese and Woomer, while they s3xually assaulted the juvenile victims.
Investigators say the alleged acts were reportedly recorded on camera, with police discovering hundreds of explicit images and videos.

Online court records show that all three men are charged with felonies for child s3xual abuse material. Investigators add that they are still searching for additional victims in the case and anyone with information is asked to contact the state police Rockview barracks or the Centre County DA's office.

Currently, the three men are each charged with 10 felony counts of s*xual abuse of children – child s3xual abuse material stemming from allegations that they participated in the production of child p**n0graphy and human trafficking, according to criminal affidavits filed in Centre County court.

The case is still very active and “very much ongoing,” and it is anticipated the initial charges filed against all three men will be withdrawn and replaced with expanded charges as the full scope of the alleged abuse comes into focus. The number and scope of charges faced by the three men could grow as additional victims come forward. Investigators do not expect them to be the final charges that are filed after actively receiving numerous phone calls about potential other victims and more information about what these 3 men were up too.

All three men remain incarcerated in the Centre County Correctional Facility without bail.

Jeffrey Lyle Engel, age 72, from Rockwood, PA, is behind bars after Pennsylvania state investigators say they uncovered a collection of suspected child s3xual abuse material, including images believed to be generated by artificial intelligence.

According to the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General, 72-year-old Jeffrey Lyle Engel of Rockwood came under investigation after cyber-tips from Microsoft and the Bing search platform alerted authorities to potentially illegal activity. Those tips led agents to Engel’s home in Rockwood Borough, PA, where a search warrant was executed.

Investigators reported finding nearly two dozen digital files containing approximately 45 images and videos of suspected child s3xually explicit material. Some images reportedly depicted children as young as 4 to 7 years old. Agents also said several files appeared to be A.I.-generated depictions of child s3xual abuse.

When questioned, investigators say Jeffrey declined to answer when asked whether he had viewed CP.

The Attorney General’s Office noted that Jeffrey’s case marks the fourth time prosecutors have brought felony charges involving artificially generated child-s3x-abuse material since a new state law took effect late last year. Attorney General Michelle Henry praised the statute, saying it provides law enforcement with a critical tool to pursue offenders who possess or share exploitative digital content.

Online court records show Engel is being held in the Somerset County Jail on multiple felony counts related to child s3xual abuse material. His bail has been set at $100,000.
