Johnny Pags will be celebrating his 75th birthday here at OVRP! - With that being said, how does a money race sound? Johnny will be sponsoring the LO206 Ignite Class!! This is an OVERALL sponsorship. He will be handing out winnings as follow: First Place - $100, Second Place - $50, Third Place - $25.

In addition to these winnings, OVRP will be giving out a bottle of Amsoil 4T Racing Oil to the drivers who have: The Fastest Lap, Best Looking Kart & Race Director's Choice!

OVRP's Winter iRacing Championship begins this evening! Practice will begin at 7:00pm EST with the Drivers Meeting at 7:40 (on Discord...obviously), followed by Qualifying at 8:00pm and the Race at 8:15pm. Keep your racing skills sharp over the Winter with this eight-race series we will be holding through to March!

Prizes for this virtual season are as follows:
- Overall championship winner: Three free club race entries
- Highest overall finisher that wasn't a club member in 2020: 50% off membership
- Two random drivers that compete in at least 6 events: One free club race entry
- First grand slam throughout the season (pole, fastest race lap, lead every lap, and overall win): $20 iRacing credit

Big shoutout to one of our original drivers, Scott Mandel. Scott has been a KFR Engines regular at OVRP - Oakland Valley Race Park over the past 5 years. Scott has proven that consistency is key, having won or secured a podium nearly every race thoughout the last 2 years on his KFR Engines Rotax Senior Max motor. A job well done by Scott!
