Rockin' The Spectrum is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Remote Office Assistant / Personal Assistant.
📍 Work From Home
⏰ Approximately 8 Hours Per Week
📅 Flexible Schedule During Regular Business Hours
About Us:
Rockin' The Spectrum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities and their families through programs, resources, advocacy, and community inclusion.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with new employee onboarding paperwork
• Assisting with new participant intake and enrollment paperwork
• Maintaining confidential files and records
• Answering and responding to emails
• Data entry and database management
• Creating and organizing documents and spreadsheets
• Assisting with sponsor, donor, and community outreach
• Updating social media and Facebook content
• Assisting with Canva designs and marketing materials
• Helping maintain website information
• Preparing materials for programs, events, and meetings
• General administrative and organizational support
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Comfortable using email,, Google Workspace, and online forms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with Canva, Facebook, websites, or nonprofit work is a plus
