SURVEY SAYS... WE ARE OFFICIALLY REOPENED! 🔔💥
The dust has settled, the asphalt is smooth, and our beautiful new parking lot expansion is ready for your cars! The center has officially reopened today, and we are celebrating in style as our friends from The Haven @ Cedar Shoals are in the house this morning to host a high-stakes, laugh-out-loud game of Family Feud. Today is the perfect day to come on back (did you miss us...cause we missed YOU!), park in our shiny, smooth and newly expanded lot, and enjoy some great laughs with your favorite crowd! We want to hear from you, so name something you always find in a senior center's kitchen. Go! 👇

Pardon our dust... we are almost done making room for more fun! 🏗️💛
We’ve made it to our final day of closure! The Senior Center is closed today, Wednesday, June 3rd, as the finishing touches are put on our expanded and freshly paved parking lot. We are missing you all incredibly, but we are so excited to welcome everyone back with normal hours starting tomorrow morning, Thursday, June 4th! Get ready to park on that beautiful, shiny new pavement.

Day 2 of our parking lot makeover, and we’re already suffering from Senior withdrawal, we miss ya'll! 😭🚗
This is your morning reminder that the center remains closed today, Tuesday, June 2nd, as the crews continue expanding and smoothing out our lot. There are no activities or lunches on campus today, but the hard work happening outside right now means plenty of parking spaces for everyone very soon! We are officially halfway through our short break and can't wait to reopen on Thursday.
Since our card tables, puzzle tables, and coffee pots are lonely today, tell us: How are you spending your Tuesday? Drop a photo of your morning view or your pets in the comments so we can catch up! ☕🐾

Big updates are officially underway! 🚧🚗✨
This is your bright and early morning reminder that the Senior Center is closed today, Monday, June 1st. The heavy machinery has arrived, and the crew is officially hard at work expanding and re-paving our parking lot! No activities or lunches will be held on campus today. We appreciate your patience so much as we make arriving at the center safer and smoother for everyone.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Upcoming Temporary Closure! 📌
Please take note of our schedule for next week! The Senior Center will be closed Monday, June 1, Tuesday, June 2, and Wednesday, June 3. Our parking lot is getting a complete makeover and expansion so we can fit more of our amazing crew! No activities or lunches will take place on campus during these three days. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Thursday, June 4th.

Pack your sunglasses and your party spirit—it’s officially REGIONAL PICNIC DAY! ☀️🕶️🍔
We are kicking off the weekend early at the annual Regional Senior Picnic! Hosted by the NEGRC AAA. We are celebrating Older Americans Month in the best way possible: with great music, incredible company, and—yes, you guessed it—The Varsity for lunch! We already know today is going to be one for the books as we show the other centers how our crew parties! (And yes, we fully plan on napping for the ride home!). Keep an eye on our page later for pictures of the fun!

Don't forget!! The center will be closed tomorrow, Friday, May 29th, for our TRIP to the 3rd Annual Regional Picnic hosted by the Area Agency on Aging at the Jackson County Ag Center in Jefferson GA!
