For those that haven’t heard, I will be running for the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 37A this November!
For clarity, this page will remain as-is and will continue be used in my role as mayor of the City of Corcoran, MN

I’m excited for the opportunity to continue serving our community as well as Greenfield, Independence, Loretto Maple Grove, Maple Plain, and Medina in a different capacity! (And still will be working hard as your mayor throughout the year!)
SD37 Republicans have endorsed Tom McKee as the candidate for State Representative for Senate District 37A
Corcoran Mayor Tom McKee has announced his campaign for the Minnesota House of Representatives in District 37A, seeking to represent the communities of Corcoran, Greenfield, Independence, Medina, Maple Grove, Maple Plain, and Loretto at the State Capitol.
McKee, a third-term mayor first elected in 2020, has focused his leadership on public safety, responsible growth, and maintaining the strong quality of life residents expect in the west metro. During his time in office, Corcoran has consistently ranked among the safest cities in Minnesota.
His campaign will focus on supporting public safety, fighting fraud and waste in state government, protecting taxpayers, improving affordability for families, and ensuring that state government works for local communities rather than against them.
“I’m honored to have served the residents of Corcoran as mayor,” McKee said. “Our communities value safe neighborhoods, strong schools, affordability, and accountable government. I will bring that same commonsense approach to St. Paul and fight for the families and businesses of District 37A.”
McKee grew up in Medina and lives in Corcoran with his wife Erin, their son Logan, and their two dogs.
