The Central Arizona College Police Department is proud to announce that Lt. A. Rodriguez has successfully graduated from the FBI National Command Course (NCC) in Quantico, Virginia.
Chief F. Alanis believes in developing strong leaders and investing in the future of our department. That commitment is why he nominated Lt. Rodriguez for this prestigious program. Participation in the National Command Course is by nomination and selection only, making it a significant professional achievement.
The FBI National Command Course was developed in 2020 to provide executive-level leadership training for leaders of smaller law enforcement agencies. More than 80% of law enforcement agencies in the United States have fewer than 50 sworn officers, and the NCC was created to provide these agencies access to nationally recognized executive leadership training.
The program focuses on critical leadership topics including:
• Strategic Leadership
• Image Management
• Officer Wellness
• Preventing Targeted Violence
The National Command Course brings together law enforcement leaders from across the country to strengthen leadership skills, enhance public safety, and build partnerships between agencies and the communities they serve.
Please join us in congratulating Lt. A. Rodriguez on this outstanding accomplishment and his continued dedication to professional development and leadership excellence.
