The Stevens County Assessor's Office has the following opening: Personal Property Deputy - Levis. This position is responsible for evaluating business and personal property within Stevens County for taxation purposes withing the limits and bounds of Washington State Laws and Regulations. Job duties include maintenance of assessments, taxing districts and levy records in the Assessor's office. Skills required include great communication - verbal, written and electronic, basic accounting and map reading skills and the ability to be organized and productive within a busy office atmosphere. Stevens County Public Works is seeking a Facilities and Water District Manager to join our team! This position plays an important role in maintaining and improving Public Works facilities and supporting the operation of County-managed water districts throughout Stevens County.

This role is responsible for coordinating facility repairs and maintenance, managing contractors, assisting with capital improvement projects, and ensuring the reliable operation of water distribution systems. The position also supports installation, maintenance, and repair of water system infrastructure including mains, services, meters, and hydrants, while helping respond to system issues and emergencies when they arise.

We are looking for someone with experience in facilities maintenance, water systems, or utility operations who enjoys problem solving, working both independently and as part of a team, and serving the community through essential infrastructure work.

💰 Salary Range: $70,000 – $106,513
