CSU ARMY ROTC Cougar Battalion In 1972, the Army designated Columbus College ROTC. Since then, CSU and the ROTC program have grown in size and reputation.

The Cougar Battalion has commissioned over 700 Officers and is recognized as one of the strongest units in Cadet Command.

We want to say thank you to our cadets that are always working hard and improving their mind and strength to become amazing future leaders, to our Cadre that helps and embody service to the program, resilience and lead by example, and family & friends that are always there to support us. Today is CHALLENGE DAY w/ our Basketball Ladies Our ROTC cadets teamed up with the basketball ladies and brought the energy, teamwork, and competitive spirit. Proud to see both groups pushing their limits and motivating each other every step of the way! Thank You basketball ladies and coach for joining us this amazing morning we had a great time and hope to keep working and challenging together to become better each day.

Great news for our military students! If the federal government shuts down in October, Columbus State University has your six.

The CSU Foundation will cover tuition costs for students relying on the Military Tuition Assistance Program until government funding is restored. This ensures our dedicated active-duty soldiers, national guardsmen and reservists can continue their education without interruption.
