Our Lane Road Branch and book return will be closed May 20-21 for parking lot repairs. Programs scheduled for those days are canceled. The Tremont Road and Miller Park Branches will be open.

The City of Upper Arlington, Ohio wants your input on a proposal requiring the registration of motorized mobility devices. Take the survey at https://bit.ly/4dvGo2B

E-bikes, e-scooters and other motorized mobility devices are becoming more common throughout Upper Arlington—and we want your feedback on a proposed new registration and safety program aimed at keeping everyone safe. 🛴 🚲 The proposal is a collaborative effort between the City of Upper Arlington, Upper Arlington Schools and the Upper Arlington Public Library focused on education, accountability and responsible operation for all riders and owners of motorized devices.

Community input is an important part of this process. 🤝 💬 Take the survey and share your thoughts by May 24. City Council will begin reviewing the proposed program in June. 🔗 ⤵️ Survey link in the comments.

We're looking for teens entering grades 6-12 to volunteer with us this summer! Tasks include assisting at the Summer Reading Program prize table, explaining the program to participants, and assisting with craft assembly and summer programs. Training provided. It's the final day of Friends of the UA Library's book sale. Friends members can fill a paper grocery bag with items for just $5 and can shop beginning at 11 a.m. Nonmembers can shop at 1 p.m. and fill a bag for $10. Sale closed at 3 p.m.

Yesterday's STEAM Bash at the Tremont Road Branch was tons of fun! We'll be at the COSI Big Science Celebration on the COSI Peninsula today from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Coming May 1 — The diaper drive for Bottoms Up Diaper Bank returns to our Tremont Road Branch. Drop off diapers — even open boxes — in the playpen near the entrance throughout the month of May.
