I am proud to endorse Republican Ben Weber for State Representative. Ben’s open and pragmatic approach to problem solving based on conservative values will move Ohio forward: low taxes, less government, and personal freedom. Adopted as a child, I fully appreciate Ben’s stance on life and his Ohio Right to Life endorsement. As a gun owner, I know Ben has my Second Amendment rights top of mind. While other candidates talk the talk, Ben is the only candidate with the passion and talent to get the job done. As your former State Senator, I support Ben because Ohio needs leadership that solves problems, listens to constituents, and has consistent values. State Senator Dave Burke (R–Marysville) today introduced legislation to serve as a comprehensive overhaul of Ohio’s Medicaid program. “The cost of the Medicaid program grows each year, which is the heart of the Medicaid debate,” said Burke. “Every year, we see the program consume more of the state budget, and if we choose not to act, we’ll see our state financially strapped by just one piece of the budget.”
