“Memorial Day is a time to take stock of the present, reflect on the past, and renew our commitment to the future of America.

Today, as in the past, there are problems that must be solved and challenges that must be met. We can tackle them with our full strength and creativity only because we are free to work them out in our own way.

We owe this freedom of choice and action to those men and women in uniform who have served this nation and its interests in time of need. In particular, we are forever indebted to those who have given their lives that we might be free.”

-President Ronald Reagan 1983

🏡 Our friends at the OLBA take places most people have written off and left in the past- vacant lots, abandoned buildings, blighted properties- and they see a future!

And because of that, real progress is happening everyday, all across Ohio.

Thank you to Ohio Land Bank Association! At OLBA's annual conference Development was recognized as Partner of the Year for our work supporting community development across the state.

One of THE BEST ribbon cuttings ever! ✈️

Sierra Nevada Corporation cut the ribbon on two newly completed hangars at its Aviation Innovation and Technology Center—highlighting continued growth at Dayton International Airport (DAY) that represents more than $200M in total investment. This marks Ohio’s most significant large military aircraft MRO expansion since World War II.

In just four years, Sierra Nevada Corporation has built something extraordinary in the Miami Valley: a state-of-the-art campus capable of handling some of the largest defense and commercial aviation programs in the world, close to 88th Air Base Wing.

When Sierra Nevada Corporation broke ground here in 2022, Dayton had not seen a new large aircraft MRO facility dedicated to heavy modification work on military aircraft in over 80 years. Today, the campus is home to four cutting-edge hangars, hundreds of high-skill jobs, and work on some of the nation's most critical national security programs.

Ohio isn't just emerging as an aerospace and defense powerhouse—it's accelerating. Sierra Nevada Corporation's campus is one more proof point that when companies look for a place to build, scale, and deliver on mission-critical programs, Ohio answers the call.

Cincinnati just got a serious upgrade—the transformed Convention Center is officially open! This world-class building is going to bring conventions, entertainment, and events from all over the world right here to Ohio.

This has been so cool to watch from day one. Since we announced funding back in 2024, I’ve been following this project closely. Witnessed the groundbreaking, visited during construction, and now we’re here for the ribbon cutting. Congratulations, Cincy!
