PROGRESSION. IMPACT. GRACE.

When you’re committed to doing the work, you learn to appreciate every stage of the journey.

Progression reminds us that we don’t have to stay where we started. Growth is possible. Change is possible. A different life is possible.

Impact reminds us that the work is bigger than us. Every person reached, every life challenged, every door opened, and every opportunity to plant a seed matters.

And grace reminds us that transformation is a process. People need room to grow, room to learn, room to make different decisions, and sometimes room to begin again.

At The Starts Within Organization, we believe real change starts on the inside and eventually becomes visible on the outside.

We’ve watched individuals go from incarceration to leadership, from surviving to serving, and from being counted out to becoming examples of what’s possible when accountability, opportunity, and grace meet.

We’re not just talking about change.

We’re watching progression become impact.
And we’re giving grace room to do its work.

Because no matter where the journey begins…

IT STARTS WITHIN.

Calling Fathers in Morrow County

Being a father comes with responsibility, but you don’t have to figure everything out by yourself.

The Father Within program enrollment is open to fathers in Morrow County who are ready to strengthen their relationship with their children, address barriers, and become more intentional about the role they play in their family.

This is about more than fatherhood, it’s about giving fathers support, resources, accountability, and a space to grow.

Through the program, fathers can receive support with areas such as parenting, employment, child support, parenting-time orders, navigating the court system, and other barriers that may be standing in the way.

Your children don’t need you to be perfect. They need you present, growing, and willing.

If you’re a father in Morrow County, we invite you to enroll into The Father Within program.

Stronger Fathers. Stronger Families. Stronger Communities.
It starts within.

Tonight was bigger than a documentary screening. It was about creating space for the mission to be seen, heard, and understood.

We are incredibly grateful to New Birth Christian Ministries for opening their doors and allowing The Starts Within Organization the opportunity to share the I AM a Walking Logo Documentary and the heart behind the work we do.

The truth is, people can’t get behind a movement they don’t know about.

Every room we’re invited into creates another opportunity for someone to understand why this work matters. Another opportunity to talk about transformation, restoration, reentry, families, fathers, communities, and what becomes possible when we stop simply talking about the problem and start investing in solutions.

We don’t take these open doors lightly.

We believe God is creating opportunities for The Starts Within Organization to reach further, serve deeper, and build the relationships necessary to impact lives both inside the institutions and beyond the walls.

Our mission is bold:

To turn the penitentiary on its head and stand the community on its feet.

That kind of movement requires people to know the mission, see the work, understand the vision, and recognize that transformation is possible.

Thank you to every person who came out to watch, listen, ask questions, and learn more about what IT STARTS WITHIN truly means.

This is bigger than us.
