Save Our Sight

Save Our Sight The objective of the Save Our Sight Fund is to provide early detection of vision problems and the promotion of good eye health and safety.

Save Our Sight is a program at The Ohio Department of Health which enhances vision health for Ohio’s children. Save Our Sight provides free protective eyewear, free patches and education for children with Amblyopia (commonly known as “lazy eye”), free equipment, certification and training for preschool vision screening, and free vision health education programs. Generous Ohio citizens may contribute $1 to the program when they register or renew their license plates.
