Our Story
We are located in the left side of Building 530 (former Base Post Office) across the street from the Lemon Lot. All items are free and range from baby supplies to military uniform items. These items are second hand, but gently used. New items are stocked daily. Donations are gratefully accepted 24 hours a day at the loading dock on the street side of the building and inside the front entrance to the left. The Airman's Attic asks that donations be of clean, unbroken items. Restrictions: Donated items become the property of the Columbus AFB Airman's Attic. Resale of items acquired from the Airman's Attic is prohibited. The Airman's Attic would not exist without help from the Columbus AFB community, and your generous donations are greatly appreciated! Donations to your Airman's Attic also benefit the Columbus Lowndes Humane Society, the Columbus Lowndes chapter of Disabled American Veterans, and Palmer Home. VOLUNTEERING: The Airman's Attic is 100% volunteer run and staffed. If you are interested in volunteering at The Airman's Attic please write an email, message us on Facebook, or stop by during regular hours and speak to a staff volunteer.
