Please Save This. Share This. Keep It Close.

Emergencies do not send a warning text. They knock loud, fast, and often when people feel most alone.

This resource list was put together for hotel residents and anyone needing immediate support. It includes crisis lines, mental health help, food resources, housing support, and insurance contacts. Real numbers. Real people. Real help.

If you are struggling, reach out. If someone near you is struggling, pass this along. Support is not weakness. It is survival with dignity.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is make the call.

Community resources in Petersburg, Virginia β€οΈπŸŽ„
These holiday toy giveaways are being hosted by local community organizations in Petersburg. This is not a HMOC event, but we always believe in sharing resources that bring support, joy, and relief to families during the holidays.

If you or someone you know could benefit, please review the flyers for dates, times, and locations.

Petersburg shows up for its people. Always has. Always will. 🎁✨

Sharing as a community resource, not a HMOC event .

If you know a family that could use a little extra joy this season, pass this along. These organizations are showing up for the kids with toys, smiles, and holiday cheer. No politics, no pressure, just people doing what folks have always done when times get heavy. Taking care of each other.

Sometimes support does not look like therapy or paperwork. Sometimes it looks like a teddy bear, a bike, or a child laughing for a few minutes. That still counts.

Save it. Share it. Tell a parent who needs it.

Community Resources Worth Sharing πŸ€β„οΈ

If you or someone you know could use a little extra support this season, here are several holiday events happening right here in Richmond. Coats, food, toys, and warm smiles included. Please note these are community events and not affiliated with HMOC

Winter has a way of humbling us all. Sometimes help looks like a coat. Sometimes it looks like a grocery bag. Sometimes it looks like knowing where to go.

Scroll through the flyers for dates, times, and locations. Share this with someone who may need it. We are better when we look out for each other.

Community Resources for Thanksgiving πŸ¦ƒβœ¨

These Thanksgiving food distribution events are happening across Richmond, and I wanted to share them for anyone who may need a meal, a little support, or a sense of community this season. These are not Healthy Minds Coalition Outreach events, just resources worth passing along so no one is left out in the cold.

If you or someone you know could use a helping hand, feel free to look through the flyers and show up to the event that fits your needs. A warm meal can change the rhythm of a day, and a kind gesture can lift a whole spirit.

Stay encouraged and take what you need. πŸ‚πŸ’›
