Just a reminder: the monthly meeting for the Delaware County Republicans is coming up on May 22nd at 6:30 at Grove Christian Center. Our current chair, Amy Jackson, works really hard to make these meetings interesting and informative. This month our guest speakers will be from the Delaware County Assessor's Office. They'll update us on the work they're doing and will be available to answer a few questions. I hope to see you there!

Colcord voters - be aware that Tuesday's election is only for voters inside city limits. I confirmed this with the Election Board today. Voters in Kansas and West Siloam, if you aren't sure whether you can vote on April 1st, call the Election Board. They're very helpful. You can reach them at 918-253-8762.
Get out and vote if you can on Tuesday!

On the horizon...
There's been a lot of talk recently about judges and reform. This article talks about some things Republicans are working on to reform our process for selecting judges. This topic doesn't get enough attention and it's so important. Stay informed!

Republican lawmakers want to change Oklahoma's top judge appointment process. Measures to accomplish that include replacing the state's Judicial Nominating Commission with a new method modeled after the federal government’s.

Thank you, Katherine S. for coming to County Convention today! Results of the election are that I will remain the Precinct 19 Chair for this term. I was also voted in as Vice Chairman of Delaware County. Amy Jackson was voted in for a second term as our County Chair. I look forward to serving this term. Thanks!
