We just hosted a powerful mentoring session at Cleveland High School.
We built a safe space to talk about the real stuff we carry—the concerns, the pressures, the daily grind. We watched a short video and dove into deep topics: the weight of being a youth, how everyday interactions aren’t always the root of our down days, and the art of self-regulation. The speaker compared us to a shaken soda can—all that pressure, energy, and potential, until we pause, reflect, and decompress.
When we don’t pause to reflect or recognize our triggers, it’s hard to show up for ourselves and our community. But when we do the work, we show up stronger for those around us.
If you’re craving a space to be seen, heard, and supported while you navigate tough feelings and growth, join us next session.
Let’s learn, reflect, and rise together.
