The Literacy Cooperative has been out in the community connecting with families, educators, and partners at some wonderful events, including BCDI Ohio Childcare Networking Event, the Free 2-Day MedWish MedWorks Clinic, and the Help Me Grow and Heights Libraries Community Baby Shower!

We’re so grateful to the community partners who organized these impactful events and invited us to participate, as well as the volunteers who generously gave their time to help spread the word about The Literacy Cooperative and Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

After 37 years with Y.O.U., including nine as Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dorn will retire on January 29, 2027.

For nearly four decades, Craig has dedicated his work to helping young people discover their possibilities and prepare for their futures. His leadership has helped expand opportunities for youth and strengthen the relationships that make our mission possible.

We are grateful for all Craig has contributed—and for the care he has brought to this work alongside our staff, partners, and supporters.

Craig will continue leading Y.O.U. as our Board and leadership team prepare for a thoughtful transition. Our programs and services will continue as scheduled.

Please join us in thanking Craig and wishing him well as he prepares for his next chapter.
