MUDFEST at CUDELL FINE ARTS (yesterday 7/16) ~ So much fun!!! 🥳🥳🥳

Kids. Parents. Younger. Older. Great to see so many in attendance. Councilwoman Hudson stopped by to cheer everyone on and make a mud cupcake with help from our friends at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens.

The main gallery and the 1st & 2nd floors of the secondary building were bustling with activities and all for FREE!!!

CONGRATS to Council Member Tanmay Shah and our friends in the Ward 12 Cleveland City Council office on the official opening of their new neighborhood storefront office, 10240 Lorain Avenue (just off West Boulevard).

I had the pleasure of going to their open house to see their new space (as did Councilwoman Hudson who stopped by earlier in the day) and congratulate their entire team, including their newest team member Anthony.

All the best and may the new neighborhood office serve the Ward 12 team and constituents very well for many years to come!!

Get to know YOUR City Hall ~ SUPER IMPRESSIVE Summer 2026 Catalog put out quarterly by the City of Cleveland's Parks & Rec Department. Talk about a fun & lively group!!! 🥳

Councilwoman Hudson and I had the pleasure last week of visiting with Maryann Fields along with many of her dedicated & knowledgeable colleagues responsible for overseeing all of the rec centers throughout Cleveland (all 15 wards - so please share this post with friends in other wards, too).

This 30-page comprehensive catalog is a MUST HAVE for every Cleveland household! It's beautifully done, organized, and offers so much great info geared towards families, seniors, individuals, children & teens, block clubs & meeting organizers, youth leagues, and more! There is truly something for EVERYONE!

WARD 11 SPOTLIGHT! 🌻 Madison Avenue Community Garden at Story Church is a community garden anchored in the neighborhood by the historic and community-focused Story Church directly across the street. UPCOMING ~ SUNDAY, AUGUST 23 ~ Ward 11 Councilwoman Nikki Hudson and the Ward 11 Office team & City of Cleveland are PROUD & EXCITED to sponsor "Sea Fest 2026 - A Southeast Asian Festival" organized & presented by the vibrant & high-spirited Westside Block Party!!!!

This will be the second year that "Sea Fest" descends upon Edgewater Park (lower level) (12 - 8 pm). Rain or Shine!!
