Tomorrow is the start of our two day fundraiser with the SipSociety&Co in Clearfield and Soul Wellness.Dubois! Take pictures of you with your delicious drinks and post them, tagging the business, to have an extra $1 given to the fundraiser! Nurses, get your friends drinks for the start of their shift and be the new unit or workplace favorite!
Information about the group is below:

The CCNHG is a part of the National coalition. We are comprised of LPNs, RNs, and APRNS with an active license or those who retired with a license in good standing with the nursing council. There are no requirements to attend, I just ask that you say whether or not your able to go when asked for each tribute. We communicate mostly via text message. We go to funerals, memorials, etc of fallen nurses and say the Nightingale pledge, the nurses prayer, we do a white rose ceremony, as well as the extinguishing of a nightingale lamp which is then given to family or next of kin. Then we do a final roll call which is not only beautiful, but meaningful. We wear an all white uniform to include a white cap and a cape. The tribute is supposed to mimic a military end of service tribute. Its a beautiful group and it is a wonderful thing to be a part of! We are always looking fpr new members so let me, Angela Hunt, or Clearfield County Nurses Honor Guard know if there are more questions!

The money raised for this fundraiser will go towards tribute materials needed, to include a nightingale lamp for the tribute and the family or friends after, as well as white roses that we place on the casket, in the casket, in the grave (if its a graveside service), or on the table with an urn. Money will also go towards printing supplies needed for informational brochures that will be taken into the community so that as many nurses and families of nurses are aware of the group as possible. We dont want any nurse to fall through the cracks and not have us pay the respect that they are due after a life of service.

SipSociety&Co and Soul Wellness.Dubois has teamed up with the Clearfield County Nurses Honor Guard to help us fundraise for our growing group! The honor guard pays respect to fellow nurses who have passed away or are taking their final steps in this world after dedicating their lives to taking care of others. The money will be used to purchase the white roses for our white rose ceremonies, nightingale lamps that we extinguish and give to the families or friends left behind, and to purchase brochures so that we can reach more people in the community via funeral homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals so that no nurse or family of a nurse goes without knowing about the services we offer. Each drink purchased would donate $1 dollar to our local chapter and an extra $1 when the companies listed above are tagged with a picture of the drink purchased. The drinks are AMAZING and will go to your local nurses honor guard! Please share with everyone so no one misses out on this limited time offer!
