Last Thursday was so much fun!

Thank you to all who came to our Guys and Gals Garden Gala!

We hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves.

Thank you to our caterers, Zack’s in New Bethlehem (grazing table) and the Korner Restaurant in Rimersburg (pies).

The grazing table and pies were absolutely delicious!

Keep an eye out for future events that we have with our senior centers and the community! You don’t want to miss it!

This week was a busy one for the Rimersburg Center! We planted our flower boxes, did some crafts for the upcoming holiday, had a visit from the game warden and learned all about bears! We also celebrated our beautiful friend Brenda's birthday, and ended the week with a cookout! Join us for a fun time on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays! 🌷🦋🎆🎂🍔🌭🐻

Looking for something fun to do in June??

Well, we have a FREE event hosted by the Primary Health Network and Clarion Area Agency on Aging. The only thing that you may want to bring money for is if you want to buy extra tickets for the raffle baskets (everyone gets one free ticket with RSVPing and showing up)

It is open to Seniors 60 and up.

The Main Street Center had a blast at our Beach day last week!!

Chair volleyball had us rolling on the floor laughing, it was so much fun! It was hard to stay in our seats LOL

We had some yummy food and a relaxing beach photo backdrop.

Our Leeper Senior center had so much fun learning about birds from Gene Krasicki from the DCNR!

He not only talked to us about birds, but sang us a song about nature in German, then translated it for us!

He also showed us how to use our binoculars the correct way! You would think it’s pretty self explanatory, but did you know you can adjust them based off of you are a glasses or non glasses user? Yeah, neither did any of us!

He also told us that you adjust your left eye focus first, then your right focus, and then you can move the binoculars to better fit on your face to be used!

Another thing he told us about was an app that you can use to identify birds! It records the sound they are making and can tell you what bird it is!

Come play bingo with us at the Main Street Center!!! Kristi Wolbert did!!

It was wonderful having Kristi (the previous manager at the Clarion Senior Center) come play bingo with us.

Bingo is every Thursday at the Clarion Senior Center on Main Street across from Daddy's.

No need to sign up for bingo, only if you plan to stay for the lunch.

To play bingo, you must be 18 or older, and to stay for lunch, you must be 60 or older.
