Rosemary Oglesby-Henry, Ms. Rosemary as everyone calls her, is a results-driven and goal-oriented leader with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies & Business Administration Minor, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University. She holds numerous certifications focusing on business and leadership. As an award-winning CEO, educator, and author, she has spent more than a decade strengthening families, advancing common-sense policies, and building opportunity for working people across Southwest Ohio. Rooted in faith and guided by conservative principles from her parents, Rosemary believes in personal responsibility, fiscal discipline, and the power of strong people to transform communities. She strived to break generational cycles within her family. From homeless to income-based housing, to a more than decade career to at the United States Postal Service to now a candidate for Congress. She has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education, service, and practical solutions that improve lives without growing government dependence.
