This is a membership driven legislative priority we have been championing for years! Now is your time to help Oklahoma.

The Major Richard Star Act is proposed federal legislation designed to eliminate the offset that reduces military retirement pay dollar-for-dollar by the amount of VA disability compensation received by combat-injured veterans with fewer than 20 years of service.

This Discharge petition would force a vote on the Major Richard Star Act in the House of Representatives. Oklahoma has five Representatives who have not signed the petition.

Please call your representatives to ask them to sign the Major Richard Star Act discharge petition now!
