Last Sunday, Caris was honored to participate in Missions Week at !

Our Executive Team had the opportunity to share about the work God is doing through Caris and connect with members of the Moody community about the hope and compassion being offered to women and families throughout Chicagoland.

We are deeply grateful for the churches and individuals who come alongside this mission through prayer, partnership, and service. Together, we are witnessing lives impacted by the love of Christ and reminded that ministry is never meant to be done alone.

As the Lead Program Specialist and Community Connector, I have the privilege of helping build and strengthen the relationships that sustain our mission. 💛

As a counselor, I serve as a safe space and often the first point of connection for women seeking support during an unexpected pregnancy. ❣️

Through active listening, grace, and truth, I help clients explore what they’re wrestling with while thoughtfully connecting them to vetted, professional resources that meet their needs from a clinical and compassionate lens.

My role is to walk with them as they process, helping them feel heard, supported, and not alone in their journey.

📦 Support a Soon-to-Be Mom & Infant (Due June 15)

As part of our C₂5 Program, which supports women from conception through age five, we are currently seeking urgent assistance for a new mom expecting her infant on June 15th.

She needs essential items to prepare for delivery, specifically a stroller and infant car seat. These items are required before she can safely leave the hospital with her infant.
