We had an eventful Friday! One of our Social Work Interns, (Chef) Peter, runs our Cooking Group. Today, he worked with our participants to make guacamole-and we devoured it! This delightful GREEN dip was a very fitting choice as today is also International Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day, and GREEN is the representative color (see LP's incredible hair)!
Have a wonderful and restful weekend!

Our new library is OPEN!

Since 2020, our resident librarian has been working hard on building a collection of neurodivergence-related materials. We are so excited to make this collection available for FREE to the public.

Whether you're a parent, a loved-one, self-diagnosed, neurocurious, or a service provider looking for more information to better serve your neurodivergent clients, we have materials for you.

To become a patron of our library, just go to librarika.com and create a new user account. Then request member access to our library (https://.optionsforcollegesuccess.librarika.com).

Once you've been assigned a member number, you can begin browsing our Neurodivergence & Disability Justice Collection, check out items, or put them on hold! For folks not in the Chicago area, we will also ship books with return envelops.

If you'd like to support our library, please head to our website to DONATE or peruse our collections wish list. With your donations, we can ensure our library services continue to grow and stay free for all.

Some mischievous imps must've joined our Monday Crafternoon program because these fun pieces have been mysteriously left all over our center... That, or some neurodivergent folks got distracted mid-process. 🤔🤣
