I am Frederick Penn, a published author of the new book “111 Wonderful Ways To Build Children’s Self Esteem & Confidence Everyday”, Founder and Executive Director of the Institute for Self Esteem & Evaluation (ISEE), Inc. an I.R.S. tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit education corporation. We have partnerships with Walmart, BB&T Bank, Macy’s, State Farm Ins., Honda of America, Zipcar Inc., Washington DC Oak Hill Max. Security Summer Prog., Montgomery County Public Schools, Prince George’s County Public Schools, Prince George’s County Government, City of Baltimore Foster Care, Oakland CA. Public Schools, City of S.F. Juvenile Probation Dept. and more. The ISEE, Inc. MISSION is to provide an infrastructure that transforms adults, children and families into positive leaders, committed to a culture of excellence and achievement in their community. VISION is to establish a nurturing and supportive environment, where adults, children and families are self-aware, confident and empowered to serve their community. I am also the author and presenter of a special program for Chicago’s 116,000 public high school students and parents from 151 high schools of 45% African-American, 41% Latino, 10% Caucasian and 4% Asian/Pacific Islander that teaches, informs & test Chicago high school students on how to improve their desire to stay in school. I am NOT a motivational speaker! I am a self-confidence & self-esteem expert & coach. I teach and coach transformational winning, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness skills to "PARENTS". I also love to teach & coach individuals and teams on how to build the passion, the culture, the skills and the lifestyle of winning. ASK FOR "PARENTS"
